This is an opportunity to step into a platform where you’re not simply inheriting a desk. You’ll have the autonomy to build and shape your own market, with strong client relationships already established and leadership that still leads from the front.
The Opportunity
Access to tier 1 client relationships built over 15+ years
Established client accounts and live roles already in place
Average deal sizes around £12k–£13k
Strong permanent recruitment focus within the construction market
Opportunity to lead and develop your own vertical
High autonomy to build a specialist market properly
Directors who remain actively involved in billing and growing the business

A consultant placed into the business last year has already built a team around him and delivered his biggest ever billing period in recruitment, driven by the strength of the existing relationships and the freedom to develop his market.
Commission & Incentives
No threshold commission structure
Commission from 15% up to 35%
